Support Groups-- You don't have to do this alone! Sometimes just having someone who can relate to what you're going through can make the biggest difference. When you try to go through a tough time by yourself, you may not see other options that are available. You also will not be as strong. Find a support group to lean on. There are quite a few in the Snohomish County area.
